Timo Beckwith

Extremely diverse creative pursuits which span a wide range of visual and performing arts, public service and arts education have been the primary focus of my life. These include: painting, sculpture, mask making, photography, sculptural lighting, film making, theatrical production design, fourteen years teaching art and music in Arts in Corrections, teaching at Esalen Institute, mask making for films, creating and co directing member supported art and dance venues, exhibiting art and performing music throughout the state. Performance highlights include main stage performances at the Live Oak Music Festival, a performance for the Los Angeles Craft and Folk Art Museum with masked musicians and dancers for the International Festival of Masks and performing live original music at the Performing Arts Center in San Luis Obispo for the San Luis Obispo Ballet Theater's production of Wali Sangara. I have also recorded three albums of original World Fusion Music: Timo Solo, Light at the Top and Human-Human.
